Out of the three, I like the middle one the most. The darker color is eye catching. The design is very simply but straight to the point. As your store gains popularity, it will be easy to recognize. Very well done!
The middle one stands out the most because the pink outline of the cupcake is bolder, and the name of your cupcake shop is highlighted within the bold outlines. The first one seems to be fit for decorating the outside of your shop because it is very simple and clean; it can attract attention because it gives it a respectable look. The third one, is really friendly. But the one I like the most is the middle one.
I think the first one looks good because the name of the shop is clear and easily readable, maybe just change the font and color of the word "craft"? Cool designs overall.
I think the design in the middle is the best of the three. I like how you guys picked white; the white combines perfectly with both shades of pink. Red or any other darker color would have saturated my vision. I also love the simplicity of the design.
